Yes, all our kebabs are frozen to ensure we meet industry standards for food
safety and quality. Freezing helps preserve the freshness and integrity of our

products need to be thawed is when they are ready to be cooked.

Yes, we do accommodate collection from our site for orders placed over the

Delivery
All goods are delivered in temperature-controlled vehicles to ensure they remain
fresh and safe. For fast food restaurant customers, orders arrive in a temperature-
controlled panel van. For wholesalers, deliveries follow the same principle but are
made using temperature-controlled rigid or artic lorries, depending on the order size.
The delivery time depends on your location. One of our friendly team members
will be in touch to confirm your delivery date & time. We always strive to work within
a 2-day turnaround for all orders to ensure timely and efficient service.
We deliver to various locations across mainland UK. However, we always
